By accessing or using SECUREAUDIT PRO services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Legal Notice.

SECUREAUDIT PRO provides: • Security Audits: Technical vulnerability assessments of web infrastructure • GDPR Compliance Reviews: Evaluation of data handling practices against GDPR requirements • Sentinel Monitoring: Continuous vulnerability scanning and alerting • Consulting Services: Expert guidance on security and compliance improvements All services are provided on a professional basis. Results are based on assessment at the time of audit and do not guarantee absolute security or continuous compliance.

As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information for assessment • Grant necessary access to systems under review (where applicable) • Implement recommended security measures at your discretion • Maintain your own backups before any remediation • Protect your credentials and access tokens • Report any security concerns discovered in our services You remain responsible for your infrastructure security regardless of our assessment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • We are not liable for data breaches, security incidents, or compliance failures caused by failure to implement recommendations • Security assessments provide findings based on available information; hidden vulnerabilities may exist No warranty is expressed or implied regarding complete security or GDPR compliance.

• Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed • Prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT) • Late payments may incur interest at statutory rates • Services commence upon payment confirmation • Subscription services are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled • Refunds are not provided after service delivery

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality: • We protect your confidential information, technical findings, and business data • You protect our methodologies, proprietary tools, and assessment techniques • Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services • We may anonymize findings for educational or marketing purposes • Exceptions exist for legal requirements or as necessary to protect legitimate rights

• You retain ownership of your systems, code, and data • We retain ownership of our assessment methodologies, tools, and reports • Reports are licensed to you for internal use; redistribution requires written consent • Security findings are your responsibility to address

We may terminate services if: • You violate these terms • Payment is significantly overdue • Services are used for illegal or unethical purposes • We reasonably believe continuing service creates security or legal risks You may cancel subscription services with 30 days notice. One-time audits are non-refundable once initiated.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SECUREAUDIT PRO from claims arising from: • Your use of our services • Your failure to implement security recommendations • Your violation of third-party rights or applicable laws • Any actions taken by your personnel using our guidance

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland. GDPR and applicable data protection laws apply regardless of governing law.

These Terms of Service, together with any Service Orders or quotes, constitute the entire agreement between you and SECUREAUDIT PRO. These terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings regarding our services.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted to give effect to its original intent to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of services after amendments constitutes acceptance.
